This Privacy Policy describes how Tradely ("we", "us", or "our") handles your information when you use the Tradely iOS application (the "Service").
Tradely is built privacy-first. Your trade data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your trade entries, prices, P&L, notes, or attachments to any server. We do not sell your data. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
When you purchase a Tradely Pro subscription, Apple processes the transaction through StoreKit and the App Store. Apple's privacy practices are described at apple.com/legal/privacy. We receive only an anonymous transaction receipt — never your payment details.
If you opt in via iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Share with App Developers, Apple may share anonymized crash reports with us. These reports do not contain your trade data.
All trade data is stored in an App Group container on your device. If you enable iCloud Sync (in a future version), your data is stored in your private iCloud account, encrypted by Apple, and never accessible to us.
Tradely is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
